About Cheryl

Last year, the tenant lived in my 42nd Street condo started delaying her monthly rent, and sometimes even failed to make her rent payment. During that time, my husband and I are working out of state, we did not have time to deal with things like this. So glad that we met Cheryl who is so capable and responsible in negotiation. She successfully helped us to recover as many missing payments as possible and had the tenant move out eventually. At the same time, she also looked for another pair of creditable tenets for us. So our apartment was rented out immediately after the previous one was out. We are so thankful for Cheryl.

I spent 2 days of her working very hard to suit my needs. She is new but very professional. She was able to listen to my needs and offer suggestions that matched my needs. She is personable and fun to work with. I look forward to our next appointment.

Her response is super fast on any time during day and night and even on weekend! Her knowledge covers on everything I want to know and always stay tuned on my needs.
